Sales Operations Manager

We are actively looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and operations teams by creating insightful reports, charts, dashboards, and other analytics as needed.   • Collaborate with the sales person to generate comprehensive reports, charts, dashboards, and other analytics as required.
  • Execute, update, and develop reports and dashboards within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Extract and analyze data from CRMs and other databases, offering valuable insights to enhance sales performance.
  • Compile and present sales-related data, including performance metrics, for executive review.
  • Support the execution of operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze and consolidate data from various sources, transforming them into actionable insights for Sales Development, Sales, and Marketing.

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional working experience, with a focus on Operations, data analysis, and reporting.


  • Proficient in creating reports and charts using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (V-LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a flexible approach to tasks.
  • Expertise in creating executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
