Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Provide information on available properties, market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
  • Showcase residential properties to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable agreements.
  • Assist clients in preparing necessary documents for transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.

Education & Experience: 

  • Proven 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential properties.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Must hold a valid RERA license.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
