In 2012 Diamond launched its fully sustainable community – The Sustainable City offering low-carbon living and surrounded by nature. They are also proud winners of awards such as; the ‘Best Real Estate Developer – Sustainable Green Development’ awards at the Gulf Real Estate Award (GREA). They have recently launched a net-zero energy community at The Sharjah Sustainable City project.
