Ithra Developers’ One Za’abeel is an engineering first and is set to be a Middle East icon with its pioneering design. It is located between Za’abeel Park and Dubai World Trade Centre and separates the new business district from the old one. It is currently under-construction and is slated for completion in 2022 by world renowned architects Nikken Sekkei.

Its two sleek towers are connected by a 230-metre steel bridge called ‘The Linx’ which holds the record as the world’s longest cantilever. With its central location and its world-first engineering, this mixed-use sustainable development will be a modern hub for a variety of residents and visitors to Dubai. The second tower will be 67-floors and will host an ultra-luxury hotel – One and Only, serviced apartments and 37000sqmtrs of office space. The two towers will have seven basement levels and a four-level podium above ground which will house retail, restaurants, social space and conference halls. Above the podium, the towers will be connected by the 66mtrs long cantilever link, which will be 100 metres above ground, and 87 metres above the elevated Al Mustaqbal highway running between Tower A and Tower B. On Completion, The Linx will be the longest cantilever in the world to span from a tower.
